Just off Cook Street Village, this little Mexican Cantina has a lovely outside patio as well as inside seating. It shares space with a coffee shop and a small Ethiopian restaurant, which gives the locale a great international feel. So far, I’ve only had the breakfast burrito with chorizo, but based on that, I can’t wait to go back for more.

As a fellow Mexican I must say I have tasted the tastiest pastor tacos I’ve ever had in Canada. We also ordered the Beef Stew with potatoes and carrots, very good! And the tamales are amazing. Try the hibiscus juice which is very typical in Mexico. Def worth the visit. Service was excellent.

Fantastic food — hands down the best Mexican food I’ve had yet in Victoria! The patio in the back is a beautiful place to sit when the weather’s nice. Must try!

As the name says, it is a fusion of Can-Mex cuisine. If you are looking for an authentic Mexican flavor you are going to be disappointed. But if you are open-minded you will be able to enjoy a good taste of food and first-class service with the warmth that characterizes us Latinos. The place is super nice and well decorated, they also share the building with two other restaurants, one Colombian and one from Ethiopia. I recommend this place.

I had the Huevos Rancheros dish and it was super authentic, particular to their region of origin in Mexico and the customer service and hospitality felt like I was right at home! Highly highly recommend them for a quick business meal or to take out significant other for authentic Mexican cuisine!!

Great little spot tucked away in Cook St Village. No frills, just good food and generous portion. Had the enchilada rojas. My only reason for not giving 5 stars on food was the enchilada could have used more sauce.

The place is beautiful, they share building with another restaurants. The food was really good and tasty, the tacos had pineapple which was really nice but I’m sure it could have been better for pork tacos, as they said is a mex-can fusion. The service was nice and kind.
